This page will hopefully keep you informed of Palm Beach County Law Enforcement Officers who have been arrested.

Our first one is Officer Thomas Jones, age 30, of the Boynton Beach Police Department. Jones was arrested on January 31, 2009 and charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation and battery. He was released on his own recognizance with supervision about 5 hours after being brought in. Jones was also arrested back in 2001 for D.U.I but the Office of the State Attorney did not prosecute him.  Well, I hope, this time, they took his gun away! Jonathan E Kelly, age 35 of Lake Worth. Kelly was arrested on Monday February 2, 2009 and charged with burglary, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of illegal use of a credit card, and theft of a credit card. Kelly is a Palm Beach County School Resource Officer and a former officer on the City of Delray Beach Polce Dept. Here is the link:

We are going for three in a week! Palm Beach County Deputy Sheriff Christopher Grube, age 38, was arrested for D.U.I. early Saturday, February 7, 2009. And, get this, Grube refused a sobriety test! Imagine a cop refusing the sobriety tests! Once again here is link to the booking photo, I hope

Ariel D. Valentin, FHP, ages 31, charged with sexual battery, during the week of May 18th, 2009. Seems the young woman was involved in a minor accident. The trooper suggested going to her home where he ordered her to  disrobe and coerced her to have sex.
