My name is Timothy C. Foster and I have been a member of The Florida Bar since January 1991. I am a former assistant public defender in Dade and St Lucie Counties. I have handled cases ranging from D.U.I. to Capital Sexual Battery and Second Degree Murder.I have practiced law in Palm Beach County since 1994. I have personally tried over 70 criminal cases as a defense attorney.

My practice consists of D.U.I. defense, criminal defense, civil law, consumer law including loan modifications, credit card payment reductions/elimination, IRS debts.
